Haven’t even had a card through them a month, it’s locked, initially my own fault as I input a wrong digit when making a payment, (3 weeks prior to a due date) but rather than contact me they opted to freeze the card and wait for me to notice, when I called in we corrected the issue. the account number was entered correctly and payment was made. A week later card still frozen and a phone call is just a pointless waste of time, simply just told another 6 days, maybe. I didn’t even want a card to begin with. It I was advised by bank that I should have at-least one to benefit my credit report, I read reviews of this company and immediately I was not sure if I wanted the cards, here we are I haven’t even had the card a month and I’m in the same situation as many have complained about. What I find is the biggest red flag as the same complaints have came up for years, and the company has yet to improve their service to avoid these issues.

These people are the stupidest people I've ever dealt with.i called about a 200 dollar credit increase. Been with them 2 years. Never late always early and more. Ended up calling three times answering all the questions each time it's been over a month now, and something always goes wrong, oh we're so sorry the application did not go through we'll have to try again. They are totally incompetent, do not waste your time with them, you will regret it

Zero stars really needs to be an option here. Overall my service has been OK with Collabria; they're a credit card, so of course they're scummy to begin with. But this specific 1 star (***0 star) rating is due to a letter I received notifying me of increases to annual interest rates, other fees, reduced grace periods, and several other changes to their fine print" terms. Why - would be my first question. You provide no additional services or benefits to me

Customer support is a mess. They will send you card to the wrong address or just tell you they have sent it, than never did. I left my bank because of their awful service

My card got hacked, they handled it terribly on the initial phone call, then even though everything was handled they phoned me 5 times a day consistently even though we already discussed my card and said the “paused it “… turns out they didn’t to begin with. Then sent a new one I used it once and it got hacked again, I was in a 4 hour phone call with them asking me the same questions and then again said they “ paused” my card but didn’t so it got hacked multiple times and I didn’t use it. Then refused to let me cancel my cards with them and leave them, turned out an employee in the company was hacking the company. Just awful ! Nothing good to say about them and I would not recommend anyone being with them.

As so many others have said, I wish I could give Zero stars. I'm shocked to find that so many other people have had equally bad or worse experiences with this company. Some of their behaviour is so questionable - potentially fraudulent - that I'm surprised an enterprising law firm isn't putting a class action suit together.My experience was simple and bad. I was unhappy with their lack of service and very very poor customer care". I wanted to close my account. They said they had to clear my reward points as part of the process. My card was at zero (I rarely used it) so I gave them my bank account details and they said the cash amount would be deposited in 8-10 business days

After leaving a 1 star review for general dissatisfaction with the company, I received a call from customer service inquiring upon my recent negative review. My experiences with customer service have been largely possitive, and it seems like the company is making an effort to listen and improve customer relations, which is a step forward. I'm impressed enough to change my review.

worst financial institution ever.No one is trained properly, no one goes to school for the positions they have. They know as much as we do. When you go to the bank for help they just call the same number on the card that you could do at home yourself.I had payed off my credit card and called to cancel it but instead they kept my account open and sent me a new one. It kept charging my account up to 660$ since I had removed the payee from my original account. Now I have to pay that money back even tho I had called to cancel it.It happend when I switched from my student to my cash back. They forgot to switch my account number so I was paying the old card and my new card was giving me a bad credit. Honestly very disapointed

My husband and I were in Vegas in December 2022 and had no issues with the card. I was back in Vegas last week and was unable to use my card, it was declined. When I called the lady was rude and said the card had a block on it because I didn't give my travel itinerary. I requested the card be cancelled. I just got off the phone with Collabria to AGAIN cancel my card. If you are looking for a US $ credit card please look somewhere else!
