The technician had told me that the furnace is done/broken/needs immediate replacement. The technician said he temporarily got my furnace working for 3 days until the new furnace would arrive. I signed up for a 11,000$ furnace financing contract.That first evening I grew suspicious. I called Service Plus for a second opinion. The technician replaced the thermostat (30$) and did an annual maintenance(60$) and said, your furnace is perfect!SIDE NOTE: Also Service Plus showed me that a brand new furnace installed by them would cost $3200 interest free financing. Over $7000 less then the previous company.The next day I immediately called the other company and they apologized and issued me a full refund.

Andrew arrived exactly when his courtesy text said he would. He was friendly and professional. He wore boot covers to keep my floors clean. He did exactly what I asked for and provided suggestions to improve my system. I was very happy with his work. If you want someone professional, efficient and prompt, Andrew is your man.

Had this company come out to diagnose an AC problem. Andrew and his assistant showed up as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained all the issues clearly and completely and presented the range of options available. They were courteous, friendly and extremely knowlegdable. Would definitely use this company again or recommend them to others. Excellent! This company set the bar high on quality service. Our water tank broke over the weekend unexpectedly, and ServicePlus Heating and Cooling made room for us in their busy schedule. Andrew was quick, clean, competent and efficient. He took care of all the run around getting me a new tank that was under warranty. I had a brand new water tank running hot water within the hour. Also, Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and showed me all my options before proceeding.
