DHL Service Point

They’re very helpful, my package is supposed to be delivered on 29 but due to emergency I need to pick up early. After making a call with dhl customer service they arranged pickup in 24 hours and called me back to make sure my pick up is confirmed

The item was shipped from Italy in November, still not received. Every time we call or write to DHL - we hear different stories. I have a feeling they lost the package, and do not want to take any responsibility for it, though already charged all possible customs clearance fees, and delivery fees. This company used to have a good reputation previously , but I see it lost it completely. Do not recommend to use this service if you want to ship anything.

After paying over $750 for express shipping on a critical item the driver marked my home address as a PO Box presumably so that he could end his shift early. I called DHL within fifteen minutes of this mistake and was told that the driver could not turn around but that they’d corrected the mistake and that I could expect my shipment the following day, today. Today they tell me that they cannot deliver my shipment without updating the address, a change that takes 24 hours to process, and that this will result in a new delivery date of tomorrow.It doesn’t matter that DHL can move a crate from China to Canada in two days if it sits in a warehouse here for three days due to drivers and customer service representatives failing to do their jobs. I expected more for $750, more fool me.Don’t rely on DHL if your shipment is time critical as the service is not “express” and will demand multiple phone calls from you in order to get anything close to the service you paid for.

I am writing this review to express my sheer disappointment with DHL’s service, which has proved to be nothing short of a nightmare.Our journey of frustration started on May 23rd when our shipment departed, only to be sent to the wrong address by May 30th. We immediately contacted customer service who assured us that the issue would be rectified and rescheduled. Instead, we were led on a merry-go-round of delays, misinformation, and empty assurances.Despite paying promptly on May 26th, we found our package stuck in limbo, with our inquiries redirected to various people, including a team lead named Fiona, who seemed more intent on buying time than finding solutions. Fiona's updates from June 1st to June 8th were a string of empty promises with 48 hours processing time" turning into an excruciating wait of over a week.Finally

Best customer service better than online chats. Supervisor was really nice and helpful he made my day I don't know his name he was wearing a white cap with jamaican flag strips on it. Thank you DHL brampton for making our order delivered on time.

I understand all carriers are for PROFIT. But DHL just raises the bars by charging me $22 over 38 dollars magazine lol Your company's fee > Canada custom lmao. And then your CS tell me to either PAY it or file the custom myself. Great!!! At least Fedex would have waived the fee once to win my experience. Customers are nothing than a cow to be milk. With all my future shipment from the US, I would think twice to select a carrier that actually cares about their customer experience.DHL, you did well. You lose my regular bimonthly shipment business over 17 dollar fee your company charges. Very smart

I would rate it as zero if it exists. My shipment has been sitting in this warehouse for days for no reason. Delivery to door takes way more time than scheduled, so I changed to pick up at this service point. It’s ridiculous that it takes even more days to be prepared for picking up than delivery. What an efficient way to get your shipment! Good job DHL!
