Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)
I took my son in June to look for a suit, and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped us, but he was knowledgeable, kind, and made my son feel at ease while in a new situation. He gave us excellent and insightful advice, and I will definitely be coming back in the future because of his service.

I walked into this location to have a look around after shopping at the Cornwall location. I had already bought a suit but they only had one colour of the size I needed. I was approached and greeted by Eric, who not only showed me a spread of different suits in my sizes but made recommendations, suggested some alterations on the pants I chose to have them fit better and even provided some friendly conversation while I was trying things on and paying at the till. I walked in to take a look around and walked out with a new suit and vest. Great customer service and helpfulness, I would definitely shop there again.

Nice store and lots of merchandize, sales associates is a straight shooter, not gimmicks, not sales tactic, no padding sales of related products to get a bigger sale business; the danger of without a sale style, customers may feel ignored. Some may want to over sale. Overall.a nice store, and work same as the US. The draw back is the risk of Copycat.

Went in to buy a suit. Eric was amazing, very patient and knowledgeable on suits as well as ensured the suit was fitted for me. Amazing customer service, thank you Eric, definitely will be coming back.

Very friendly workers, Eric and Cole were extremely helpful with getting me sized up and into a suit to wear for my wedding. My fiancee and I were very pleased with the service they provided. Eric even stayed later to make sure we got the perfect fit.

Over the weekend I took my dad to get an outfit for my wedding. We went to Tip Top in Southland Mall. We had such a good expierence, my dad can be hard to shop for and we found exactly what we wanted and it fit perfect. Eric was the salesman who helped us out and he was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and he recommended the perfect pants and belt so my dad would be comfortable at my summer wedding. I highly recommend Tip Top. We also got my fiancé's suit there and it is so awesome.

Great selection and fabulous customer service! The gentleman we had was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even when it got busy he made sure to help everyone in a timely manner. They had a nice variety of suits/fits/shirts etc. I was very impressed with our experience!

Omgoodness you need to fix the flickering lights in this store. It drove me bonkers while we were shopping. How does anyone even work under those lights.
