If there is any chance I can give them Zero, I would. Just bcz of their manager, Collin, i guess. Ill-treated. Highly Unprofessional. U haul should teach him how to deal with customers. Worst U-haul person i have ever met. But when i returned the truck in the evening, staff was awesome. Those were some other guys.Thanks U-Haul for making my day.

Young blonde lady was rather rude and wouldn’t even let me finish a single sentence. She made a point of dominating her customer interaction and that’s a big YIKES for working in customer service. Also, advertising a pick up for $20 then eventually charging $80 when I made a straight line trip from Barton Uhaul to city hall and back is misleading. That’s 4X the price. It’s not the dollar amount, but the principle. First, but also last time customer. The second star was granted since I got done what I needed to. Shop elsewhere if you need a truck.

Guaranteed lowest prices for any trailer rentals! And I would give a 5* !?but unfortunately there don’t have any dump trailers or many flat bed options to choose from.. definitely would benefit from having a more broad selection!Other then that, if your in a rush and need something and aren’t worried about needing something bigger they are your best option!Thanks!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR HITCH INSTALLATION - They damaged our car and then GHOSTED us. Repeated emails and phone calls to Management ignored with no response. The technicians are inexperienced, and will DAMAGE YOUR CAR. We will be pursuing litigation for the damage to our car. Dismal Customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I don’t know if this gonna help people, but me and my friend went to pick 26 ft truck, the manager( his name is Collin i guess) in the morning was dealing rude, like buddy if someone asking you questions, you gotta answer them, I think that’s the part of your job.I told him we will return the truck today but he was kept saying no no you guys are lying blahh blahh..Anyways the guy who collects our payments in the evening was to great to deal with..

Great place the staff are good except the guy today with the attitude and saying that the truck should have been unloaded when it was towed back to barton and nash and saying I have empty it before tomorrow at noon even though storage isnt open till 6 and closes at 10
