Very bad post office..called multiple times a day for a week and somehow they never answer the phone..I get they might be busy but there's no way their busy all day to the point where they can't answer the phone.. ridiculous

Terrible experience I went for eyelash glue they were all sold out and they been sold out for the past 2 weeks I need glue and no stores have them rexall been sold out for 2 weeks stock up already oh my god like it’s annoying a girls gotta look cute I’m blaming rexall for all my problems now I hate you guys u made me hate life.

Will a avoid at all costs! Always a problem with the Post office at this location. As I walking up to the counter, the staff places up a sign saying on break for 20 min and then doesn’t return for 30 min.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I’ve picked up medication multiple times here and each time I’ve been ignored... pharmacists act like they don’t see or hear you when you approach the desk. I also had an issue where I was overcharged for a medication and as I went back to address it, the pharmacist acted like I was the one at fault. She said she refunded me but when I left the store I noticed that she recharged me the same amount. Didn’t even bother to go back in and argue again with her. Ridiculous and frustrating. Will not be returning to Rexall to pick up my prescriptions.

The service and cleanliness in this store is top notch. The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to serve customers.Special thank you to Jason who was just heading on a break from post office duty and paused his break to check-in all my packages. This customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.

Unsafe for customers. The pharmacist and staff at the Bolton store were wearing face masks below their nose. Wearing a mask protects others and is now mandatory. if you are a person who is vulnerable for COVID-19 I would avoid shopping at this store. When I advised the Pharmacist that the staff should be wearing face coverings properly they smirked at me. A lack of leadership.

At Rexall Bolton I was fortunate to be helped by a friendly and knowledgeable Pharmacist, Michael who not only listened to the ‘extenuating circumstances’ that come with transferring new prescriptions to a new town pharmacy, he problem solved with a most positive outcome. The post office in this location is a joke. Every time I go there the person behind the counter is either super slow or there is no one there at all. They always leave a note will be back" and you have to wait for 30/40 min for someone to show up."

I go here solely for the incredibly bizarre array of items on the clearance rack. Seriously, go check out the clearance stuff.Post Office is convenient and fast even when there's line ups... And you can pass the brief time you'll wait looking at the discounted marital aids in that clearance section.
