BE CAREFUL! Worst service I have ever had.This is not a company I could recommend to anyone. We used them a few years and so when our company need a truck this winter in the oilfield I recommended them. The job was completely botched and cost our company an extra day as well as full charges from this company. This company made it very clear they were not going to be responsible for correcting the problem or adjust the funds charged ( they take credit cards upfront before dispatching) the owner or manager that I was transferred to was unbelievably bad and made it clear that he didn't care about the job and he went further to tell me he had never heard of the company I called in the job for so he didn't feel the need to do anything.I can honestly say the response from this company is the worst example of customer service Ive ever seen or heard

Rented a piece of equipment to be delivered to site I was at, the company overcharged for delivery cost and the manager wouldn't even listen to a word I was saying and was extremely rude. Do not use this company unless you like to burn your money.

DO NOT USE these guys. We used them for retrieval and they overcharged for the job. When we called to discuss the owner was extremely rude and completely unwilling to discuss the charges. The worst customer service experience we have ever seen. This business does not care about it's customers or its reputation and should be avoided.

Company must be going through hard times, wont stick to contracted terms, wont respond to inquiries, wont provide GPS data as advertised..... I understand COVID has hit everyone hard, but to actively try and rip someone off isn't necessary.....

If you can't shift gears,get a new profession!
