We have a lot of better bubble tea places in town, so it's not worth the trip.The service was poor, and I didn't have a choice of ice or sugar quantity.I had to go with the large with 70% ice! What!The entire drink would have been just ice. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!One star is insufficient.

This place is way over priced, and you have to pay extra for tapioca etc. Definitely not worth visiting.

New to Yi Fang. Usually I go to coco’s or tea hut, but was pleasantly surprised. Had the brown sugar milk tea. (they have quite the selection) the boba was soft and cooked throughout perfectly. The milk was thick and creamy. A nice different take on a bubble tea.

Price is a bit higher than other Bubble Tea place BUT quality of ingredients are fresh. We had the Mango pomelo sago slush and Fruit Tea with Cream Foam and both tasted really good! I would definitely go back and recommend this place.

The drinks are ok, but the service is horrible. They charged me the wrong amount, made the drink incorrectly, did not even refund the difference until I had to ask. The cashier girl had very bad attitude, frowned at me and threw the changes at me, without even saying sorry. Seriously, the drinks are not worth the bad service here.

The drinks are good, but they’re so pricey for the size and quality you get, and the staff can definitely be a bit friendlier.

spent over $10 for a drink that had mushy and also frozen sago pearls. NOT worth it. go to CoCo, 100% reliable and affordable.

I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte which was part of their Christmas Special and it was delicious! I love the combination of the rich matcha flavour and sweetness from the brown sugar pearl. Would love to see this be on their regular menu and excited to try other drinks as well! By the way service was very fast which must’ve been because it was not so busy at the store.
