Huge thank you to Jim and team. Had an lg old tv repaired via costco warrenty and was scared to move the thing due to the size and thinness of the TV.Jim came and installed the new panel quickly and without any issues. New panel is practically perfect and no longer has issues with it!Thank you guys so much

Advanced AV repaired my 3 year old 70 inch Sony 4k TV that was under warranty from Costco. It had purple blotches about the size of a small plate in several areas of the screen The repair was excellent and it's like new now. Very friendly employees. 5 stars for sure. HT Feb. 2021

Had service done on my Samsung Soundbar there. Very helpful and friendly staff. She explained what was wrong in a clear and simple manner. The work took about 1.5 weeks but most of that was waiting for Samsung to approve the work.

Wayne at Advanced Audio and Video does excellent work on re-foaming woofers. He's done two sets of 15 inch Cerwin Vega woofers already and the results were very clean...no residue or glue showing anywhere. I highly recommend Wayne for anyone who's refurbishing their speakers. The staff are always friendly and prices are fair.

Best place in London for getting services done for different brands. I have been here 2 times for LG subwoofer service and they always exceeds expectations!!!Really happy with my experience and suggest this place

Very very impressed with the ladies and service tech. at Advanced Audio & Video.A week or so ago, I had an issue with fading out on the left side of my TV screen picture.Samsung uses Advanced Audio as their authorized service techs. Great team.Advanced Audio called and asked when I wanted someone to come to my home and replace the TV panel.We set a date and a great guy...Chris...? I hope I have his name correct...came out and pleasantly did the repair .Sandra and the other ladies at Advanced Audio were very very polite, informative, professional and efficient. Great experience with advanced services this morning . The repair man , sorry I can't remember his name ( He fulfilled work order 19914 ) . Professional, clean, very well spoken ,respectful and efficient. He was nice enough to even help me hang it back on the wall.I applaud your workmanship sir. I'll recommend your services to anyone to whom I cross in need of your such services .

We had a problem with our Samsung LED tv that would not turn on. Spoke with Sandra and set up a time to bring it in for repair. Met Sandra and Wayne when we dropped it off to be repaired. Waited in the parking lot and they called 40 mins later saying it was ready to go.Great service friendly knowledgeable and fast.

Had two different repairs done by them now. They provided very quick service repairing the cable on my wife's Audio-Technica ATH-AD900X headphones. No problems post repair in the last year. Recently brought in our Epson projector and they were up front that there was a good chance that it would not be possible to repair. It took a few weeks but they figured it out! Definitely glad that I don't have to spend a couple thousand dollars replacing my projector.They've been great at communicating and setting expectations. Prices are reasonable. Also service is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.Would definitely recommend their repair services.
