Absolutely impossible to contact via phone. I called periodically over the course of an hour during a Wednesday afternoon (during normal business hours), and of all 4 different phone numbers listed in various places on their website, one was out of service, and the other three would just ring endlessly (including the Brampton phone number), no one ever picking up. There wasn't even the option to leave a message for a call back, and I let it ring for a good 20-30 rings each time I called. Good luck getting in contact with this company via phone!

Their Woof blueberry treats for dogs are a complete waste of money and Ingredients. Wheat and varied forms of sugar with no real blueberry. We bought it to support a Canadian company without first reading the ingredients. I called to offer a comment to which the reply was “I’m sorry you don’t like it. Take it back to the store. Nothing I can do for you.” Wow, what poor customer service. I’ll stick to Fruitables which are real fruit and no wheat
