I showed up for my 10:00am appointment a few minutes early with my colleague who has an appointment at 10:15. We were able to get in right away to get our test done within minutes of each other. The test was simple and easy and the results came fast. We were even able to get the results printed before we left but they are available online as well. I was very pleased with my experience. I’ll definitely be back if I need future testing in Victoria.

We reserved tests for my wife and I at 9:15/9:30 AM the day before our fight. The check in experience was fast and efficient. We were kept informed at every step of the process. The test itself was fast and completely painless.The staff was friendly and, again, very fast and efficient. My results were sent to my iPhone within 20 minutes of taking the test. I stopped by FastTest about 30 minutes later to get a printed copy of the test, just in case I needed it.The entire experience was pleasant, professional and perfect.

This place to get your rapid Covid Test done was awesome! We decided to do it there vs getting the test kit from the cruise ship when disembarking. Just made more sense to have results in 15 min in hand the day prior & not cause anxiety worrying about it or the results. They were very friendly, accommodating & pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend!

I can highly recommend this testing facility. I needed a test for travel. Like most people in this situation, I needed the results on time or an expensive trip would have been ruined. They got me the results exactly when promised, in a very neat PDF that worked perfectly for my purposes. The nurse, Christine, was the soul of kindness. She made the sampling procedure painless and quick and was professional and friendly throughout. I will definitely use them again if I need another test for travel. I'm glad I found them.

The location was convenient and they were prompt and efficient and professional. We got what we needed in time and that was most important. I only didn’t give 5 stars because scheduling the test was a little bit tricky. We needed to do it days in advance and there were very limited hours. Since we were traveling, we wanted to do sightseeing during daylight and business hours. We also were stressed about making it to the airport in time. Tests were only offered during regular daylight business hours. Early times or later would have been so much more convenient. Also, the original price advertised differed from the actual price charged as extra hidden fees showed up later. Otherwise I’d definitely use them again. Be sure to schedule in advance as they don’t take walk ins or let you take your test at another time than you scheduled.

I can’t tell you just how impressed I was with this service. Very responsive when emailing. I was so impressed by the Team at the Victoria location when I checked in for my morning appointment….they were great! I had my results that evening before I laid my head down on the pillow…which made me have an even better sleep knowing I could board my flight to Bali the next day. Highly recommend these fine folks….safe travels everyone!

I needed a PCR test to enter Japan and I was able to do so very easily with this company. I was able to reserve the PCR test online, payment was easy, and the staff answered all my questions promptly over email. On the day of the test, the staff was professional and friendly. The results (same-day) came within 12 hours, and I was able to use it with no problem to get into Japan with the Visit Japan Web form.

We walked over to the testing site early because we didn’t want to be late and we were taken immediately. The technician was friendly, gentle and kind. The entire process including results was quick and efficient. The only comment is the cost. In the United States, the majority of Covid tests are no cost; paid for by health insurance. Also, the variance in costs in Canada across companies is unbelievable. I am going to submit to my health insurance and hopefully it is reimbursed.

Quick, painless. We arrived a bit early and was tested immediately. Got our results back quickly with all the necessary paperwork for Japan.
