Bad experience, because there was no experience.I emailed several days ahead to ask about booking an appointment, which I made for the following week. I confirmed the time, and address in the email chain. On the day of I arrive, and knock on the door, and try to open it. No one is there so I called the number, and no answer. Waited a few minutes, tried to call and knock again but nothing. I ended up just leaving, I called and left a voicemail with my details, AND I sent them an email. I never got a single reply. They just ghosted me. Completely unprofessional.I had to scramble around to find another person the next day, who was LCnotary langley who actually saw me the same day.Don't go here, absolutely unprofessional! I still can't believe they never called me back and apologized either.
