Jacob from Swain Bros just saved the day and possibly my marriage. When no one else was willing or able to help us, Jacob answered the call at 8am on a Saturday because I masterfully managed to permanently lock m the deadbolt to my entryway, potentially forever preventing my family from ever seeing the inside of our house again. Or so I thought. Fast, friendly and effective, enter Jacob, he quickly disables the rouge lock and boom, just like that my wife is speaking to me again. 5 Star Service. I couldn’t be more impressed.

They're so polite (on the phone and in person). My neighbor locked herself out of her house and they came in about 5 minutes and quickly got her in the house. So glad to see such great service from a company.
