I would recommend to book an appointment when shopping there he has 2 cute puppy dogs named Rocky and Bella. The showroom is small but gorgeous with tons of unique design products on display. The customer service was on point, I was pleasantly greeted by Charles and he was very knowledgeable about the product and I received quick responses to all my questions.

I ordered a faucet and pop up drain from Sanicanada. The faucet is so unique, beautiful and well made. I had several questions regarding my order so I texted them on their website, and they responded promptly. Based on the service I received, I would definitely order from them again.

They provided us with a wide range of exotic color finishes. After I sent them an email about my kitchen project, their customer service team was able to identify the colors I was looking for and offer us a package deal. I live in Quebec and was not able to get a toilet delivered to me after 3 weeks ( bought through another vendor). I needed certain dimensions in order not to have to do a renovation. I then reached out to Sani Canada directly and 3 days after purchase it was here. Perfect and stylish too.

First of all, make sure you read their refund policy before you purchase. They make it difficult to return.I spent over $300.00 on 4 small bathroom fittings from this company and what they sent me is nowhere near worth it. The quality of the product is terrible. These pieces are made from lightweight, chintzy material.My package was delivered over a week late (which they do warn will happen on their website). I contacted customer service and they never replied.The box was completely damaged. The product itself was not damaged. None of the fittings were packaged in boxes like you would find with Kohler or other professional companies. The boxes were unmarked and had Chinese labeling with several layers of duct tape.The company labels themselves as a Canadian company but i'm almost certain your buying low quality products made and shipped from China.Response to Business Sanicanada Claim:I am 100% a true customer of Sanicanada. I purchased the following products from SaniCanada on August 21, 2022:Gold Polished with Porcelain Victroain Antique bathroom accessories (GJQH09Y, GJQH013Y, GJQH03Y, GJQH04Y)They did not provide me with an invoice with my shipment nor in my email. Instead, all I have proof for purchase is their charge on my PayPal. They charged my PayPal as Panama Coffee Gold Reserve" which if you add this to their false claim that I am not a customer make their company's ethics that much more questionable.For further proof that I am indeed an unfortunate customer

The absolute best customer service. I had to exchange an item and their design team helped me to decide which one to purchase. We purchased all our bathroom items around Thanksgiving of 2022 and finally completed our project and it looks great. We are so impressed with the quality of your fixtures and bathtub. This place is a hidden gem. I got all of my washroom accessories, shower kits, sinks and faucets from here. Everything looks amazing and is of great quality. Highly recommend this place. Not to mention Abel is just an overall amazing person he takes care of his clients to the highest level!

This company is not from Canada, their products doesn't meet the standards plus expect a delay in shipping. They only respond when you want to purchase from them. I bought two gold faucet because the colour was not specified in their website so I can return the one that doesn't match my sink however they no longer reply to my emails to proceed with the return. They sent me extra soap dispenser because of the delay in shipment however I didn't use any and wanted to return it with other faucet. plus the faucet came with Europeans standard and a license Plumer in Toronto didn't accept to install the product because it didn't have an standard part base on Canada regulation. - --- Update: the Plumer did not charge me extra for adding the parts that you did not include in the package. its funny you are responsive to my google review but ignoring my emails that I request to return the extra product that I no longer need. that's very unprofessional. Instead of calling everyone else fraud how about you improve your customers service to get more 5star reviews because the quality of your products are good but you treat your customers poorly.

I ordered a rose gold exposed shower system on Saturday January the 20th and it arrived on the 25th! The quality is way better than I expected and I can't wait to have it installed in my shower as soon as we get the tiles done. Thank you for the beautiful product.
