I would put zero stars, but I couldn't. They delivered my parcel and it was damaged severely. I have an SNR so they said they don't have to pay for my damaged product. Be careful if you have a Signature Not Required, they believe it allows them the right to damage your product during delivery. The company I bought the product from has not given me a damaged product in 10 years (not ever using dicom this was a one time deal), but this piece was heavy and it is obvious that the delivery driver had trouble with the parcel and damaged the heck out of it. Use another company if possible.

The customer service representative I spoke with was AWESOME, her name is Tammy. Had an issue with a package that I shipped out but was not delivered, and within 2 minutes of calling (including wait time), Tammy had given me the reason why it was unable to be delivered (not Dicoms fault) and what had to be done to have it delivered. Service was so friendly, quick, and helpful, I am very impressed.

impossible to find map outta date.

Got a slip in the mail, saying they attempted delivery, witch they did not. No indication to contact me, no buzzer or call, I work from home, so i was home at the time. Then when contacting them to see if they have it, they did not, so even if i took the slip and went to pick it up, its not there? Now its back to shipper, witch i cant find no information on them to contact them. So now what, its just going to be resent back. Very unprofessional in my eyes. Should have buzzed my apt number for me to come down and get it, or keep it at the facility and hold it for a day for me to come grab it. Simple you'd think.

Wrong address i had to contact the shipping co to find out wrong address givin . Called rude people to deal with do not use them for shipping
