Old Plichuck Cleaners" sign still have to be taken down and replaced with Steam and Press. Very prompt with 2 day rush job request for 2 sets of suit that was done a little over a day! Clean and organized

The guy behind the counter has always been friendly and courteous. My clothes have been ready when they said they would be and they have been good at alterations. I haven't considered any place else since starting here.

This place got new owners and they are GREAT! Took my wedding dress and my husbands suit here after our wedding to get them dry cleaned. We were so happy with how perfect they turned out! The workers here have wonderful customer service and are genuinely nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Not really impressed by this place. I hate giving two stars but this place needs more improvement. I had my jacket dry cleaned here because I spilled pop over my leather jacket. When I picked it up couple stains were gone but there was quite a bit left.

Doesn’t know what medium starch is, or blame’s not using it due to “Machina” (machine in english) I’ll never go back.

Army Sgt rank sewn on upside down. FAIL, needless to say I don’t recommend. Charged $18 and blamed the mistake on me and said he would fix it for another $18.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I had a last minute event come up and brought some dress shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. Brought by on a Tuesday afternoon thinking there was no way I’d be able to get them back by Thursday morning for the event. The working owner said there was no production going on that Wednesday and that he would be at his Seattle location but would personally take my clothes to Seattle with him and then bring back for me to pick up first thing Thursday morning. I was very impressed! Then later Tuesday evening, that same day, I got an automated text saying they were already done and ready for pick up! Even faster than I was expecting! I got my clothes on Wednesday and the owners brother was there, he was just as professional and caring for my needs as the owner. I tried to leave a generous tip but I was told an honest review would mean more to them so here I am! My clothes turned out great and I will continue to use this place going forward! Highly recommend!

Very friendly helpful and they did a great job cleaning my pillow and putting a new cover on it

-10, they need to put someone in the phone that knows how to speak English. At the very minimum.
