Shifting my vehicle maintenance from the dealership where I bought my vehicle to Grant's has minimized my stress around vehicle maintenance. I know longer worry about costly 'surprises', because Grant and Amy always provide a heads up about future repairs and potential issues, which allows me to plan for those expenses. Whenever my vehicle is in for service, they provide courtesy rides wherever I need them, even with my young child in tow. This business is a local gem and the owners are truly wonderful people.

The tire on our loaded trailer went flat last week while on the way to deliver equipment for a customer. The staff at Napa graciously fit us into their busy schedule to get the trailer jacked up and the tire replaced. We were back on the road and en route to our destination quickly. Thank you to everyone who made this possible, you went above and beyond!

I'd recommend Grant's Service Center to anyone. Grant took the time to properly diagnose a difficult mechanical issue that I was having with my vehicle. Grant made sure that the issue was properly identified and that all related repairs were made before sending my vehicle back on the road. Grant took the time to explain the required repairs as the issues had been discovered. Both Amy and Grant have been very professional and courteous to me as a customer. They made me feel very welcomed and respected as a new client. Thank you to the whole team at Grant's Service Center.

Grant’s is wonderful. The customer service is fabulous. The work done is flawless. They are fair, honest, and allow you to budget the required work. Nothing is done without your consent. Advice is free and there’s no “nickel and diming”. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and will continue for many years!
