My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for him. We shopped around but were not finding anything that stood out or exactly what he was looking for. Once we connected with Jon & Travis at Re Car Fredericton, we felt a connection and kept in touch with them and continued to watch their inventory, but never got pressured in any way unless WE wanted to look at a vehicle. They offered to transfer in a car from another location that we were interested in and then a Toyota Tacoma showed up on the lot in Fredericton and my husband really wanted to get it. Once again, we felt absolutely no pressure and in the world of cars, financing, interest rates etc they made it all seem seamless and fun. In the end, my husband got the truck he wanted at a great price, great interest rate, great trade-in value, and loan terms he wanted and he even was able to get a winter set of tires so he is all set for both seasons. Other places mark them up just to make them down. At Re Car, you get the best deal right up front and that is really important to me. It feels honest and genuine with no games right from day 1. Travis was great and made it easy. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Test drove the vehicle that night and started the paperwork. Got the highest value for my trade in. Wishing the car had been detailed better and I didn't have to wait so long to meet with financing but other than that they had a great selection and one of the easiest car buys I've made. Thank you!

No pressure sales environment with absolutely flawless customer care and service. Was kept in the loop by the salesmen the entire process. Travis, the main salesperson I was dealing with ensured I understood all processes and prerequisites to their sales process. At the end of the day (yes I said end of day, not multiple days with odd wait times and off putting processes) I left with my own brand new car which suites exactly what I wanted for a great price.
