What a jewel of old Montreal!The place might be tiny, but the services goes above and beyond! The staff is super friendly, polite and goes to great lengths to accommodate.They have a variety of hot plate that changes daily and great sandwich with fresh quality ingredients.The prices? Can't be beaten! So affordable right in the middle of old Montreal.

This place is a GEM in old MTL. Compared to the overrated and overpriced food scene in the area, here you will always receive a warm welcome and a super budget friendly and filling meal. Don't expect anything fancy but you definitely will get the bang for your buck. Super comforting and fresh deli sandwiches and salads (the wonton soup will heal your soul on a cold winter day). The asian dishes are not something to write home about, but pretty classic greasy-spoon style dishes with big portions for the price. I work in the area and am kinda bummed that I spent all this time spending upwards of $15+ dollars on a sandwich on St. Paul when for that price I can get 2 sandwiches, a soup, salad, and a drink - got lunch for my coworker and I the other day and all that cost no more than $17 - WOW! I wish I had discovered them sooner but am so grateful that they're in the neighbourhood.

Very good place for a cheap and fast lunch in the area. Lots of options to grab & go (sandwiches, spring rolls, salad bar, etc.) all for a good price. Beside that the owners are very friendly.

It’s hard to complain about a place that serves food at the prices you see here and especially when it’s served with a smile! The hot meal trios/sets are a definite no no but the sandwiches and pasta salads are well worth it. Definitely go for the $1.5 banana cake!

Went in one day because I was hungry. Was blown away. Lady made me a fresh ham lettuce tomato sandwich and it was delicious. From that day on I was a regular customer! Now I switch between the sushi roll and the sandwiches. They’re the cheapest sandwiches in the area and the best quality for sure. Highly recommend!

Really good prices( really inexpensive especially for that area of montreal!) , nice sandwiches. Really fast and the lady was so nice and had a great attitude . I recommend

I've been a customer since the 1980s at their original location next to the downtown YMCA. Their salads and sandwiches are top notch and very reasonably priced. I also adore their brownies which are the only ones I've ever tasted that were like my mom's. They are my favourite lunch spot when I'm in the area.I was shocked and saddened when I drove by their Drummond Street location and saw it was closed. Glad they still have a location although definitely not convenient for me.

I went there because it was well recommended as an inexpensive and tasty restaurant near old port of Montreal. I was really disappointed when my food (check pics) had mold or something in it. It just too bad, that did it for me, I will not be going back there.
