They have fresh mozzarella and pesto now. It’s a bit spendy but it’s pretty legit. Whole new world. I hope they keep it.

The customer service and the food are amazing! They don’t skimp out on sandwich veggies and the ratio of dressing/sauce to toppings is perfect. The staff are clearly well trained and actually care about customers, which is uncommon in the fast food world.

I can admit, I am a subway connoisseur. I’ve been to virtually all of subways within around a 20km radius of my residence in Kitsilano and I can say bar none that this subway does it best. Bobby, the owner and Karan, take ‘sandwich artist’ to a new level and should be given some sort of culinary award. The ingredients are always fresh, and the price hasn’t increased like some others in Vancouver. It’s always clean and the service is quick and I cannot stress enough, the sandwiches just hit different.

Great location, friendly staff. The senior staff make the best sandwichs! Sometimes the newer staff rush an order but nothing more training can't help. Today was a delicious footlong and had to leave a review

I Had a previous review for this spot that was awful, as it was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with a subway.There is still one girl there, younger, dark hair that if you see her just turn around. She doesn't know how to make a sandwich and clearly management doesn't wanna teach her.However overall in the last couple months they have really changed course and are provided good service and quality consisting with what you expect from Subway.They also seem to allow the kind musical homeless man who sleeps under their shelter to do so with minimal issue, which is really nice to see.

Good, efficient service. Last few weeks they had a broken toaster, now a broken debit machine. Why 5 stars? Employees handle it all in stride and still make sure you get what you need. Always very clean, too! You can tell they care.

My sandwich was covered in cream, just the way I like it. Normally the subways I go to will never cream as much as I want. This one is built different.

Dirty Place. Left over food, crumbs wrappers on tables and floors.I have eaten about a dozen times always hoping they would clean their act up. I had to clean my only table full of crumbs. I realize this can happed when busy but with 3 people and 2 customers, I don't consider that busy. I at my subway in about 30min. There were two other tables dirtier than mine - wrappers, crumbs, veggies, newspaper. Only 3 customers came in whiel I was there. They could have cleaned it up in that time. The floor was also horrible - food and other things. The inside window as well as outside was filthy.Customer service was ok but they seemed not to care really. My sandwich was made but I wouldn't say great.Needless to say, this was the last straw. I am not going back to this location again.

This is the best subway I've ever been to. I ordered the veggie delight and it was all that and more! The freshest veggies, great bread, and the staff are excellent! I don't know why it's so good but on every occasion it's been top drawer.
