I tried to make a booking late in the season, and they came promptly for an estimate, were friendly and courteous. They made a great plan for my complicated case, and somehow managed to execute during terrible weather conditions. I'm grateful for the effort, thank you!

Please do not use this company, after I used this company they said to be they are going to take my leaf guard out, and straighten my gutters, and replace all my front gutters in the home. The installation was not done properly and I called a person name Julliane who never return my calls and his secretary always say he is not in the office. All I want is form them to correct the issue and do not mind paying for part of the service - they did send me their cocky sales man who quoted the job and does not care and find all kind of excuses to not to fix the job. The installation in the front, one part of the gutter, they did not seal properly and when it rains it leaks big time. The back the gutters was not straighten and water just fall between the gutter and the roof like a water fall. Julliane said to me I needed to change my roof which I did and the gutter problem remains the same. Poor service - left several messages and no reply. Where is the common decency and respect. They cash my check and now left me hanging and forcing me to hire another company to fix their screw up. L'installation n'a pas été faite correctement et j'ai appelé une personne du nom de Julliane qui ne retourne jamais mes appels et sa secrétaire me dit toujours qu'il n'est pas au bureau. Tout ce que je veux, c'est leur demander de corriger le problème et cela ne me dérange pas de payer une partie du service - ils m'ont envoyé leur vendeur arrogant qui a cité le travail et s'en moque et trouve toutes sortes d'excuses pour ne pas réparer le travail. L'installation à l'avant, une partie de la gouttière, ils ne scellaient pas correctement et quand il pleut il fuit énormément. L'arrière des gouttières n'était pas redressé et l'eau tombait juste entre la gouttière et le toit comme une chute d'eau. Julliane m'a dit que je devais changer ma toiture ce que j'ai fait et le problème des gouttières reste le même. Service médiocre - laissé plusieurs messages et aucune réponse. Où est la décence et le respect communs. Ils encaissent mon chèque et m'ont laissé pendre et m'obligent à embaucher une autre entreprise pour réparer leur problème. Si je pouvais donner -zéro, je le ferais.

Installed my gutters last year, immediately i reported the issues but no one came to fix it and its been over a year now, just promises and no action was given. I'm sorry to say but not recommended.

The only company that didn't try to sell me gutter covers as per the dude you don't need those you don't have any trees" . He also corrected the other company's color matches to my house and was bang on. They returned my calls

Installation done exactly as agreed and sooner than expected. Very professional, competent, courteous. Highly recommend this company

After 1 year, I am still waiting for Gouttiere Landry to complete the installation at my home - apparently they are very busy!

hello to everyoneI trusted this company because their well known, i thought their job also is good as their name, last year they came and make gutter for my house, in winter i got problem with it i called the company i had to leave a message and later on emailed with pictures to them they send me back an email that it is winter we ganne come when the weather get better, last month i sent another emailed to different people who are responsible for guarantee and left a message on their phone as well so far no one called or email me back, when they came to give me estimation they gave guarantee for 5 years so i have to fix my problem by other company and pay again for their careless job,my recommendation to viewers is before you get estimation find out how is their services after job has been done.

Used to use this business in the past the service was incredible used them recently and they made a complete mess. These are just some of the pictures of the installation they did I’m not even showing the pictures of the gutters leaking. Was promised that they would take care of The problems it has been almost one month since I’ve been chasing them ,their installation is horrible the service is gone down and The after customer service is absolutely horrific they were fast to take my money but not to solve the problems I was told they sent me the best team they have. Stay far away from this company as they’re quick and taking your money and doing horrible work but not repairing the problems they cause!! They told me they would have one of the Supervisors is call me back and will take a personal appointment with me to see the problems I’ve never heard back, Still waiting …STAY AWAY !!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company! they are shameless!!! 0 in after sale service.Installed new gutters with them in 2 houses last year on June/July 2022.In one house: - Reported a problem of negative slop on the day of the installation, so water don't drain properly, No one came to check for till now.Second House:- Gutters broke last Week, on April 2023, Hanging and damaging the house and the neighbor's house. Called them and a lady answered first time she asked to send a picture. I sent a picture and they replied by e-mail that it broke due to an accumulation of ice and its not covered, just like that, without even checking on site, without any evidence or reasoning, without offering assistance to remove the broken piece so it stops damaging the house... All this happen in April (not in the winter) less than a year post the installation. I have checked the entire area, Hundred of houses, condo associations (of townhouses) Nothing....Gutters installed properly were not affected at all by ICE during the Month of April.Called more than 10 times, no one pick up the phone. Sent many e-mails asking for a call back,,, Nothing, only reply by e-mail that the owner is in line that its not covered by Warranty. Called to other gutters company which helped me cut the hanging piece, (because LM Landry did not even offer that first aid). They said the screws of the hangers broke (as you can see in the picture) because they were spaced too far apart, hence the fallen piece . In our weather they should be spaces 1 feet apart, and absolutely not more than 18 inch apart, on the fallen piece it was 2 feet apart as seen in the pic.I will definitely take them to Court because someone need to stop them....Totally shameless and disgusting.
