This is our second year using Big Shot Christmas Lights and we absolutely recommend them to anyone who is considering this kind of service. Their work is done properly, meticulously and custom to your house. Last holiday season I noticed a few bulbs weren’t working when we turned our lights on for the first time and before I even had a chance to call, Big Shot had already come by and replaced them. They take the stress off of putting the lights up and taking them down ourselves. Added bonus is that Big Shot stores the lights off season!! It’s hard to find a company that is careful, safe and delivers!! Big Shot Christmas Lights checks all those boxes!!

Colin and his team are fantastic! This is our second year working with them. They are professional and easy to work with. Colin came and had a look at our house and offered various options for lighting. He sent a straightforward, itemized estimate beforehand and showed up on time with his team the day of set up. If he had any questions or concerns while installing the lights, he made sure to contact and discuss things with us first prior to moving forward. The team ensured that they cleaned up before leaving and Colin touched base with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. He is very easy to get a hold of and responds expediently. He addresses all concerns and issues before, during and after installation. We are very very happy with Big Shot Christmas Lights and highly recommend them!

I fully recommend Big Shot Christmas Lights. I loved my Christmas lights! They were careful, professional and did a great job. Colin is easy to talk to and work with. He has good ideas and suggestions too. I've used other Christmas light installers over the years but have had bad experiences with clips being left in the gutters, damage to the roof shingles and having to wait if there was a problem. Colin's made sure that no clips were left anywhere and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely hire them again. I also hired them to do my gutters and wash my windows and they did a great job of that too!
