Escape City

We had the best time at Escape City! The staff are so welcoming and fun to work with. The Keller Magician room was so much! Great puzzles to solve, when you put your mind too it, they all make sense! Staff is quick to give hints if you need one! Can’t wait to come back again!

Service was poor, the staff was visibly annoyed and almost threw tantrums while interacting with young teenagers. And no, the guests were not creating a scene or being difficult, just that they were too many to handle for the business (15 to be precise). Like come-on. I assume that the people sitting at the front desk are grown ups who are mature enough to deal with young folks.The game itself was fun and that's where the 3 stars come. Looking for service: Karen's Diner is a better place to go.

My husband and I love going to escape rooms, we came here to do the Mutiny on Thursday, it was very immersive! However there were some glitches with the room and we had to reboot it a couple times, there was also a very unwell woman who was probably on some hard drugs who walked in prior to us going into the escape room. I wanted to write this review because honestly the entire staff was extremely apologetic and so sweet, they felt so bad and went above and beyond to redeem our experience. We understand you never know who will walk into your store and sometimes things happen with technology. We are very grateful and recommend escape city. We will be back soon!

We had the best time! We definitely did not solve the cabin adventure with just the 2 of us, but definitely recommend… I would definitely try an easier one for 2 people in the future though. All in all, definitely returning!!

What an amazing time! We started with mutiny and what a swashbuckling good time we had! We ended with just 4 minutes left! The staff was kind enough to let us do another room, and we tackled Frank’s Revenge! I had done inheritance almost 7 years ago and the room looked amazing in the way it aged and called back to the original room! The puzzles were challenging but man the feeling we got when we succeeded with only a few minutes to spare! Looking forward to our next trip!

I was unfortunately quite saddened by my experience here. I had a friend come down to visit me from the states, and for something fun to do together I decided to book the Frank's Revenge adventure. I am not well off by any means, it is very rare for me to purchase anything besides necessities, but for the special occasion of my friend being down I broke away from my budget to do this. Within less than 10 minutes of being in the room, a staff member came in and told us there was a glitch" in the room that needed to be reset. We had to go out and sit in the waiting room while they fixed whatever was wrong with the room. That in itself broke the immersion in the story completely. One of the puzzles later on was not working correctly (the marble board puzzle)

I have done 3 escape rooms here now, most recently Franks Revenge. Each room has had a great way of incorporating acting, video demonstration, well done decorating, as well as fun and challenging puzzles. The staff are very friendly and helpful with hints.Special shout out to Sarah who let me and my partner stay past our time ending and closing time to finish Frank's revenge!

We had a bunch of technical issues that happened during our escape experience. With a bit of hesitation we ended up asking for a refund. Not only did they give us a refund happily, they later emailed me a complimentary experience for my entire group because of the inconvenience. I have never experienced such generous customer experience before. I am blown away. 10/10 amazing people.

Did Frank's Revenge! And it was so much fun. Staff were welcoming, and puzzles were creative and challenging. Audio visuals and acting are very entertaining and impressive. It really made everything such a fun time!. 10/10 would recommend. They even have puzzle games and tshirts/sweaters of the rooms you can play for sale as a cute souvenir! I can't wait to come back!
