Constant horrible customer service. They always rush you to order when you are trying to tell them your order. They ask the same question right after saying it the first time without giving you time to answer. I nicely told the guy at the drive thru that he needs to give people time to answer instead of repeating himself so quick. And told him I’m not trying to be disrespectful. And because of that they made me the wrong order. Instead of a bacon deluxe McCrispy I just got the plain one but paid for the deluxe. Not happy. Won’t be going to this McDonald’s for awhile.

Great area, very clean. Staff presented well and had friendly faces.I wish they had a more up to date list of features. We went to the McDonald's specifically for the play place during a 12hr road trip with kids and the playplace has been shut down since covid with zero plans to re open any time soon.

We are not from Moose Jaw and were there for our sons lacrosse. This location is by far the CLEANEST McDonald's I have ever been in! All the tables were clean. The floors were amazing! I was sure to let the staff know how great of a job they are doing.

Very poor service everytime we ordered to main store its either incomplete order or wrong item and they didn’t even gave a receipt. my son ordered 20pcs nuggets with large fries but instead they gave large sprite

The food here has been getting more and more cheap tasting and way too expensive for gross stuff thats gonna give you a heart attack, the only food that hasnt really got cheap was the Fries and they are bad for your health too, the service in the drive thru is terrible they the employees speak so quietly that you cannot understand them, and when you specifically tell them what you want they always get the orders wrong I told 1 of the employees 3 times that I ordered some specific Food and she finally started listening the 4th time I was about to tell her. Ridiculous I dont recommend eating here terrible service and will give heart attacks.

I ordered wrong dessert by mistake. They delivered the right food as per order, while we didn’t liked that one. The staff made free substitution upon request.We ordered smarties Mcflurry, they replaced them with oreo mcflurry upon request.Amazing customer support and service.

The restaurant could not handle their lunch rush! Going through the drive through we had to be parked off to the side, while sitting there for almost 15 minutes watching the rest of the line simply get their food and go. Finally the order was brought out only to be incorrect including missing burgers wrong size for French fries.The order was fixed when I went in however, it was clear they did not use fresh" burgers to fix the problem truly."
