I came in when my wisdom teeth were bothering me. The dentist said he could take them out no problem. I have very bad dental anxiety and made the hygienist and dentist aware. I had an anxiety attack and nothing was done to help me or sedate me to make the procedure more comfortable. After just local anesthesia, even though I was still in tons of pain, he tried removing one for nearly 45 minutes. He gave up and sent me to a specialist. A specialist told me he should’ve given me antibiotics as a small infection came up, postponing my surgery to get them removed by the specialist. I felt my needs and worries were not taken care of. Do not go here if you have dental anxiety in the slightest.

This dental clinic is awesome! It has got to be the best dentist experience the kids have had in a long while. It is squeaky clean, the clinic agents are courteous and Shaina was so welcoming! The dentist was very thorough in the procedures. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you want a well-deserved dental experience for your family's dental needs!

I just want to thank you for the best service I get from greenwoods. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and doctor Rufus was calm and friendly too. Specially thanks to the front desk as well to book an appointment on short notice as my schedule is really busy.Lots of love to everyone and thank you so much for everything.

Would not take my business there. Had an appointment at the Regent Ave location for 4:30PM for teeth cleaning; after waiting in the dental chair for 30 minutes with no one coming around, I left. My time is valuable too. Totally unacceptable with no explanation as to why the wait. I believe they forgot I was there. Not professional at all.

Very happy with my experience here. I am not an easy patient, but they were really good to me & I appreciate the care they had with me. Was able to be seen rather quickly, didn't have to wait long after arriving, & received excellent dental care by everyone there.

Greenwoods Dental Centre
Greenwoods Dental has been my go to for over 10 years. I normally would go to the McPhillips location, but have since moved to the Regent area, so I started going to their Henderson office. I'm so happy they have decided to open a Regent location. With 5 locations in the city, it's very convenient to find them anywhere. Since they accept walk ins, if there's ever an issue and I'm far away from my main dental office I can just pop in at the other location and they have all my info and history, easy as that.

The regent clinic is so beautiful. Liz, the hygienist is the best. Shes so kind and very thorough with my cleaning, i also like to commend grace of the front desk, excellent in customer service,. Good job greenwood dentistry.
