It's an okay barber shop. Usually have 2 staff on the floor. One with appointments and the other without... I came without an appointment. I expect the service is probably better WITH an appointement. I recommend taking an appointement. I didn't have one and I felt like the lady who did my beard was in a hurry, I asked for something specific and after 15 mins she was done and I was charged for something I could have done myself better...I was expecting a bit more of a barber shop experience... You know... Actual grooming and styling. I felt like they lack creativity...Otherwise they were very polite and efficient. I watched them do a few clients before it was my turn and I'd say they're better at haircuts than beard styling/trimmingUpdate : went again this time with an appointment thinking there we go

Unbelievable barber shop! Their service is undeniable. I love this place so much. I’ve been far and wide, and lived in multiple cities and provinces. THIS barber shop is my favourite, bar none. Gab’s team gives impeccable service in French AND English which is so important to the anglophone community. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as you arrive. I have never felt rushed, or like I didn’t enjoy the time spent there. I certainly have never left unhappy with my cut as it’s ALWAYS fresh and on point.I have been many times now, with appointment and without — and I can never complain about anything from this place. EDITED: (read 2nd half)I waited almost 2 hours to get my hair cut, so I left. I went in, and the guy said after “your after this guy because he had made a reservation” so I waited, and 3 other people came in they seemed like they were friends with the barber, and they all had their hair cut before me, the barber didnt ask/say if the other people made reservations or not, and the barber didnt ask them either so i had not idea if they was cutting in line or if they made reservation, either way the guy should of told me I should go home and come back another time instead of wasting my god damn timeEDIT: I waited 1 hour an 22mins not including driving. I left at 6:33pm and you close at 7 so I wouldn’t have gotten my hair cut. I’m sorry I missed understood, I thought she was the one who did reservations. I said they seemed like friends from what I saw, it was a misunderstanding I’m sorry, but I still wouldn’t have gotten my hair cut because there wasn’t enough time, you could of still told me to come back another time but I get it you were focused on your work

Excellent service in both official languages. I drive 50 minutes up from Acton Vale just to come here for the service and atmosphere. Definitely a unique place with a real passion for the craft, well worth the trip, and a no-brainer if you live in Granby. Make sure you call and setup an appointment as their appointments fill up quickly!
