Best place around for high performance European cars! They have done all of the installation and tuning on my 2015 Audi S4. My car has spent a total of over 2.5 months in their shop for a big project - I’ve asked countless questions, sent many text messages, called too many times to count - and they respond every time, and are happy to chat.It’s been great working with them to build my dream. Todd goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right.

Great team.Did complete vehicle check.Fair and talks with you, not at you and says what vehicles issues are, then help prioritize if budget can't do all repairs at the time. My goal was to do what makes for safe driving first.I'll be going back to have them fix the other things on the list.Thank you Team.

I drove in my Smart car (40 miles of freeway) to have them look at and repair my shifter. I was promised their two expert techs knew all about Smart cars. They apparently didn’t. 60 Days later they hadn’t even been able to start the car ?? So they hired a new expert who couldn’t get it started or figure out why it wouldn’t start. Then said it was a computer issue they couldn’t solve.They charged me $600+ and told me to tow it home.So I drove it in but got back a car that wouldn’t start, stuck in gear so it couldn’t be pushed around, with a dead battery (9 months old) and a huge hole in the front tire I could put my fist into ???WTH??? They claim to nothing about the blown tire.Sorry but I can’t recommend them for anything

They were able to fix our car much faster than expected. Took the time to take it on a test drive when we brought it in to verify whether it was drivable or not, even though they had a packed day of appointments. Their service people are great. Broken cars aren’t fun, but Community Auto makes it slightly less painful.

My son had a 2012 Passat that had been sitting in his parking lot for over 2 years. We needed a car for my wife. We live in the Upper Peninsula & the car was in Grand Rapids. We contacted CAR & they were wonderful to work with. Madison was our point person & she updated us frequently as we wanted the car to be gone over with any repairs to make it operable & safe. They did a thorough job on getting it running. I would recommend them even though I was never physically on site.

After a recent encounter with a ditch as a result of white-out/icy conditions this spring, Community Automotive took care of the resulting damage to my 2006 Pontiac Vibe including under-chassis repairs and replacing the front end bushings which had been knocking for the last couple of years. The car now drives better than it has in several years. Totally satisfied with the work. They are a great bunch of people at Community Automotive and a treasured commodity to keep.
