MIAG | CENTRE FOR DIVERSE WOMEN & FAMILIES | MIAG is a non-profit charitable community organization that strives to address community needs and identify gaps in service delivery and to ensure the active participation of diverse communities, including women, youth, seniors and persons with disabilities in the society. MIAG has embraced community development and capacity building approaches to enhance community mobilization. It actively integrates creative responses to existing and emerging ethnocultural communities’ needs by applying effective outreach, leadership training and skills development programs.

I have taken several courses with MIAG and am currently on the Bridge to Employment course. Their programs are great and the facilitators are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you to everyone at MIAG for providing exceptional programs especially for women.

What a great organization for women and families!The Bridge to Employment for Women (BEW) program truly exceeded my expectations. Kerri the program facilitator was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had such a good experience and would recommend this organization and program to all women that are currently unemployed and living in Peel.
