6 people working. 1 person actually hustling behind the counter.2 ordinary coffees ordered.10 minutes later coffee delivered with flippant 'have a nice day'.Shutter the place and put in a coffee vending machine.

Not overly priced. Clean and comfortable.No homeless people hanging out like at McDonald's and Tim Hortons who cause dirtiness, bedbugs and instability and unsanitary conditions.Starbucks is upscale for upscale people.

This used to be our favorite spot but the last experience left a lot to be desired. After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes, the shorter blond female accused someone of stealing our drink, when in fact it wasn't made. The man behind us waited and eventually realized one of the drinks was his, not hearing his name. Anyways the point is, if you mess up just say sorry and rectify the situation. Never blame another person for stealing it or give attitude to the customer. I get it customer service is hard but treating people badly doesn't help; we were super nice about it, we walked up and let them know; it didn't have to be like that. The maker of the drinks, she made them perfectly, product was on point, many thanks to you, darker haired female, or possibly taller blond female who came from break.

Modern Cafe style with friendly staff. The store was busy and service was fast. Tables available to sit inside and visit with friends. The store was fairly clean but tables could have been wiped down periodically. Management on site unpacking stock while about 4 or 5 staff members served customers. Missing the seasonal Gingerbread Lattes from the 2022 menu. This store offers online order for pick up.
