Rented a carpet cleaner and the lady employee was absolutely wonderful. She was a breath of fresh air during a very chaotic time for us, so thank-you for being a genuinely nice human being.

Very helpful experience this time, I don't generally have good luck with employees, but my last experience I was able to get help almost right away, and due to not having exactly what I needed for chain, I was able to get the next size up for the same price.

Does not matter but every time I go in they never have what I need.I understand that replenishing stock has become an issue, but seriously how many deburring tools do you actually sell to have no stock? I don't shop much at Home Depot because gas is expensive, it's a 1/2hr drive just to get there to find out you don't have what I need. This isn't the first time it happened. Staff did inform me that I could order it on line. Well if I can, shouldn't the store be able too?

Clean store and well stocked. We were able to find what we looking for. Staff are friendly too. Especially the service desk. Mirella was able to help us out and point us in, the right direction for our project. Lovely lady, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Pass on our thanks to her!

Very organized and clean. Customer service was not what I expected though, could definitely use some work. Only one person was actually helpful.

I used to like this store until clerks made me wait for almost an hour for nothing of my online order in May, 2022.In that day, I was waiting for 10 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. Nobody came out. Then, I decided to go to the pickup desk directly, the lady who helped me said that my curbside pickup message weirdly didn't pop up with sound. And following up I stood in front of the desk and wait for totally over 46 mins.Eventually they couldn't find my order, just said that We will call you later because we couldn't find it now."I was so tried after long working hours and wasted for almost an hour waiting for nothing. It's very very frustrated and unpleasant. I also wrote a email to the customer service and didn't receive any reply .I might still go to this location since it's the only Home Depot in this area. However I probably won't consider to buy anything from their website again."

Always plenty of stock. We find what we need virtually every visit. The Huntsville staff are top notch - friendly, interested and helpful
