Good discount program for repeat purchasers is nice, and a good online inventory system (new only not used) to check/see stock before you visit if you're after something specific.

I originally went to the store because their website said they had a cassette I was interested in - but unfortunately no one could find it. There were 3-4 people that helped me look, and when they couldn’t find it they offered me a discount on the vinyl I did find. Great selection of modern and older records, and amazing group of staff!!
