0 in customers service as they dont care about customers saftey. Odered 20 bags of white marbel 18kg bags . The bags were on the upper level and asked customer service to bring it down. After half an hour wait time still no one available to help. Have to take the saftey risk and offloaded the bags myself with a ladder . Not a recommended store as they do care about their customers who give them the business.

Because of where we live I'm 20 minutes from 3 different Home Depot stores, this one is my favorite, the staff are great in comparison to the Orangeville store. Had an issue recently and I had some returns from my last project. I went to the Orangeville store but they wouldn't take back all my returns as I bought them at the Brampton Store. My other issue was paint and the paint was bought at both the Bolton store and the Orangeville store. I explained my issue to management at Orangeville and they sent me to Bolton to resolve. The manager in Bolton told me that wasn't right and Orangeville should have helped me, he and the staff in Bolton were very helpful and they even took back all the returns that I bought in Brampton.I reviewed the Orangeville store because of poor customer service a couple of years ago, hasn't changed. Only reason we still go there is if we have other things to do in Orangeville at the time, but if I have to just make a Home Depot run I always go to Bolton.

Placed an order online for shipping. Website was being a bit finicky, so I called the store to review with the shipping coordinator. Phillip explained everything and did his best to accommodate the situation; without brushing me off. Great Customer Service!

It’s very hard to find staff to help us with anything. Waited over 20 minutes finally got someone to help. That person was helpful.Looks like they are ready for summer good selections of outdoor furniture and plants.

I want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service and patience of 2 associates. I had a large return of flooring material with no receipt, no hand to offload, and it was 7 am to boot. Mary C. helped find my purchase in the system and coordinated a helping hand. Phil D. assisted in off loading 56 boxes of flooring. Thank you Mary C. and Phil D. for your help and making this a seamless process. I hope management acknowledges that customer service on this level is hard to come by.

Angie worked relentlessly to help my family. She has gone out of her way to make sure that we were fully satisfied with our product purchase. Angie’s customer service skills are exceptional!

They have a good selection on most things. The only thing they should improve is to have more specialized personnel, often times employees will say they are part time and do not know how to answer important questions.

I went into Home Depot Bolton to get materials for a shower rebuild. Faucets, showerhead , wall tile and floor tile. When I got to the tile aisle I ended up getting help from a wonderful young woman named Kaylee. She spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect tiles with the right matching shade of blue grey veins on white tiles. Also found the perfect hexagonal shower floor tile as well. She was pleasant and very patient with me and made sure the tiles were loaded on a cart for me and that I had help to load them in the vehicle. This type of customer service is from days gone by and rarely seen in a big box store. For the owner of the Bolton store you have a rare commodity in Kaylee. You definitely need more like her in your store.
