Kyle is far from reliable. He says he will arrive at a specific time and then moves the time and moves it again. Ultimately not being available that day. Happened a couple of times. I am patient. Goes to my site today at noon, quotes the job and we agree to a date and time for him to complete the work. Sends me a text four hours later saying its not the type of work that we do" and that he is busy. Save yourself the trouble and find a pro

Kyle and Alex just completed our replacement of three toilets and a shower faucet replacement.The entire process from the initial consultation through to today has been a very professional experience. It wasn't entirely without a hiccup, toilet tanks that had the flush lever on the opposite side to what is normal, but discovered before full installation started and replacements sourced within two days. Kyle was on top of this and kept us advised as to what was happening.They were punctual and courteous including being covid respectful as we are seniors.

True professional! This was my second time going to them and they’ve never disappointed. They take the time to educate you on the problem/service so you can make an educated and economical decision. They’re not pushy and want you to be comfortable with your decisions. They also future proof you so you don’t run into issues down the line.Covid friendly. Wore a mask the whole time. They’re also very clean and considerate of their workspace unlike other plumbers I’ve hired.Highly recommend!
