Never come and clean when scheduled. Supposed to be coming on a 2 week cycle but every 2 weeks we have to call and remind them. Will often go 4 weeks + without a clean, and yet everytime they say they'll be back in 2 weeks.Take your money to a business with better customer service.

Very poor customer service. They say they’ll call you back but never do.

I interviewed for a customer service/dispatch position with Kenny, the manager. I spent an hour and a half with him and was led to believe that it went very well. He advised that if I hadn’t heard from him by the following Wednesday that I should call him. I called him on that Wednesday, December 21 and he said he would call me back in a few minutes as he had just arrived at the office. It is now January 6 and I am still waiting for a response. He hasn’t responded to the texts I sent, but this week, since I have more than adequate qualifications, I received a request for my resume from someone through Indeed.Really???If this is how you follow up and provide feedback with prospective employees, I have zero confidence in the customer service side of things. Not an ideal way to grow a business.

Had interview never got call back

Management has no respect for their team. Not a team atmosphere and very stressful. They care more about making money than customer service. High turn over rate.
