I was given no help from TD bank so I came here. Immediately the welcome was great, the staff makes you feel like they want to help. Everything was explained to me and I was given a loan. Thank you so much. Yashraj Sharma was very helpful and amazing, thank you personally. I recommend them for all your loan needs. Convenient parking too.

Would have bin better off with a normal bank.. if possible never use these ppl. Worst bank ever.. nothing to the ppl that work there. Just merdian as a company sucks..

I am just shocked at the lack of knowledge this business has when dealing with estate matters. Our appointment to review my mother's estate was used to train an associate while we were forced to sit there and wait for them to figure it out. They were not prepared for our appointment, wasted our time, and they spoke like we weren't even in the room. I had to call my own bank to walk me through what they should be doing so we could feel secure about our decisions. Something as simple as a breakdown of investments and accounts was confusing and downright disorganized, and frankly I am deeply offended at the lack of regard they showed while grieving a loss. If you choose to use this bank, be on top of everything.. don't trust that they know what they're doing..

Amazing customer service, this branch goes above and beyond every time! Can't thank them enough for being as knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly as they are!
