Serendipity at River's Edge

Such a quiet and lovely place.

Absolutely everything about the experience at Serendipity at River's Edge is stellar - 6 stars out of 5. The location is gorgeous, wide lawn on the river, lovely landscaping. I was provided with all the amenities I needed and more including dietary accommodation. The home is a historical treasure; decorated with great historical accuracy. The room I stayed in was sumptuous, the bathroom beyond beautiful. The host Maureen anticipates everything you could possibly think of and serves an amazing breakfast. I've stayed at lots of B&Bs; this is head and shoulders above them all. What a fantastic value. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Serendipity at River's Edge B&B in Morrisburg. The owner Maureen is friendly and engaging with obvious and well deserved pride in her home. She has done a lovely job in creating a very comfortable place for guests to stay. The view of the St Lawrence that you get from her back porch is wonderful and breakfast the next morning was terrific. A lovely way to see part of our beautiful province.

Best b and b in the area. Charming house and host. Great food. And the backyard is fabulous, sit on the back porch and watch the ships go by in the river.
