My recent visit at Foot Locker (May-17-2022), I wasn't greeted when I said hello at the cash after calling ahead to pickup some shoes.But Aiden came from across the store to help me, while the man behind the cash ignored me.Aiden provided excellent customer service to my son and I.I personally want thank him for being polite, professional and displaying a true sense of excellent character.If it wasn't for Aiden, I would have left the store disappointed and angry.5 Stars for Aiden0 Stars for other Foot Locker employee.

Great experience shopping for shoes for my son for school . Thankyou to sales associates Key and Ebad for all your help. All the staff was amazing!! Highly recommend shopping at the Oshawa Centre location.

So disgusted with the customer service at this store or LACK THEREOF. I went to this store on Friday May 12th during the day. I was ready to purchase a few tshirts for the summer. I had my son sleeping in his stroller while my baby daughter was strapped to me in a baby carrier. Not one employee came up to me to ask if I needed any help. There were no other customers in the store besides myself. There were 4-5 employees just standing around chit chatting. I was searching for my size in tshirts and I couldn’t even check the bottom two rows due to being unable to bend with my daughter. Everyone kept looking over, knowing I needed help but decided to ignore me. I had to call my mother who was in a different store to come and help me. Once she got there she decided to call over a worker to help find a size on the Nike rack. The employee stood there for 20 seconds while we decided which colour tshirt we wanted and without a word he just walked away, leaving us to find the size alone again. After finally picking up 4 tshirts, ready to purchase them, I went up to the cashier and waited 15 minutes in line while the cashier was processing a refund for another customer who came into the store. She saw me waiting for so long and didn’t acknowledge that she will be with me any time soon or even apologize for the long wait time. There was an empty till right beside her yet no one wanted to hop on and cash me out. When I finally got to cash out, I gave her my tshirts with a pack of socks. She scanned the socks, telling me my total was $13 something. I had to tell her that I was also purchasing the tshirts on the counter that were right in front of her. Annoyed and frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. She called Ben who was supposedly the manager on duty. He was unsympathetic and lacked any sort of customer service. He didn’t provide me with the general manager’s name, any phone number, or email I could write my concerns to. I told him about my entire experience and all he could say was “oh”, “okay”. He was even hesitant to give me the store #. I have worked in customer service for 3 years and I am not saying the customer is always right but there should be some sort of proper training for these employees and they should treat their customers better instead of just standing around talking with one another.

I wish if I can give them 0 star . Their manager Tamoyaa does not have any sense . I don’t know who make him manager . They give more preferences to Their phone calls instead of their in store customers. They wasted my 20 minutes. At the end he said , he can’t do anything.

Placed an order online for my 7 year old, boots were a bit too small. Took it in to this store for an exchange. First the cashier said I can exchange and go see which I would like to exchange for . Then she said I need the original packaging. I took the unworn boots and box. It’s not my fault it didn’t have a lid . That’s how I got it. A lot of places will dispose box anyways . Are they buying the footwear or the box ? Completely not fair . I came in w my two toddler boys. Not easy .

One of the worst customer service experience I ever faced in Canada! The manager named Tamoyaa is exceptionally rude! Bought a shoe, didn't wear it, boxed condition and she refused to take the shoe back! Waste of my money!
