Greatest place to buy a Toyota. The staff are all amazing especially the Porter's.

They've done a fantastic job on regular maintenance, and fixed all 4 breaks that messed up by Canadian Tire. By the way, thanks to the very kind and honest advisor Dorothy and super knowledgeable mechanic Stanley for their great job. Well done!

Went there for service, the advisor told me that my car has a leak on the tensioner cover. So I went to another mechanic and I gave him the report that this dealer found it in my truck. The technician didn't find any seep of oil or leak, he even show me the location that where the suppose leak occurred. It was completely dry.This place will rip people up, get a second opinion if you have doubts.

Nearby location for all the Burnaby folks.Great service.Hard to get appointment (my best guess is due to excellent service.They changed my air bags as well since the car was under recall which I wasn't aware of. I believe that's a boon of going to dealership.Problem fixed which around 4 mechanics couldn't identify the reason for.Good job guys.

Answer to Toyota:Well, having my car there for a few hours, and not being provided with a courtesy car from Toyota (because you don't have courtesy cars) it's a bit disappointing. And living more than 7 km. away Toyota won't pay an Uber to get you home. So, what alternatives your customers are left with...? Waiting for hours in the showroom? As I said, disappointing for such a big and successful company.EDIT:I made an appointment with Toyota Service almost a month ago for three minor problems. None of them were solved. The big thing was that they had no parts for one of the issues. So, why nobody called me to tell me this? From 4 stars, down to 3...!EDIT:I had my second service appointment and dealing with Dorothy was a breeze: she was very friendly, polite, ready to help. To describe her in one word: professional.Thank you, Dorothy, for this amazing experience!Bumped you from 3 stars to 5! And all this thank tho Dorothy!

The quality of service depends on the service advisor you get. Everyone working the Express" side is amazing. The appointment side is another story. Emily tried to talk me into paying $2000+ to repair a non-existent leak. A service manager was rude and tried to double charge me

They have great customer service and they always help maintaining vehicles in their greatest condition.

Very good service. Came in for a transmission oil change. Estimated at 1hr 30, but finished within 45mins with complementary car wash and car vacuum service. Cost wasn't too bad, less then what you'd pay at Mr.Lube or those other convience service shops. This dealership is pretty busy so make and appointment, the express lane is usually a wait.

This place has the best customer service and their service are excellent.

Helpful and caring service department staff,Waiting area and showroom are clean and neat, interior design on the waiting area is a plus.
