Tense Watches is the very original wood watch manufacturer established long time ago in Canada, their watches are genuinely made in their factory in their B.C. location, they're very sophisticated and durable, compare with other knockoffs, even tho their wood watches are not the least expensive but worth every dollar you spend, for their quality and craftsmanship are much better. Must mention that, their customer services are great, asking for the warranty service is easy peasy, I got the service done without a hassle and their staff are very helpful.

I have a beautiful limited edition piece from 2013, inspired by the sands of Hawaii and the blues of the Pacific, finely crafted by Tense, for Martin and MacArthur.I sent the piece in for battery replacement and dial refresh in 2015. It was serviced well and returned to me. At that time it was under warranty and what was not covered by warranty was a reasonable fee.Customer service was more like velvet glove service. Y (*full name withheld*) communicated with throughout the process.My watch is finely crafted, quality materials, quality workmanship, and BEAUTIFUL. Ah, it keeps the time, also.

Very disappointed with the timepiece and their customer service. Timepiece completely stopped working after only a couple of years. Movement needs to be replaced or repaired. Attempted to contact customer services many times with no return contact.

I have been wearing Tense watches for many years. They always come in new styles and great colors. People always compliment and asked me where I got them. I love the fact that they are very durable, natural and the owner is very responsive.

My Tense watch just arrived in the mail (Pender). It's really lovely, I adore the classic minimalist look and the warmth of the wood. I'm looking forward to wearing it regularly! Thanks Tense!

Love my Tense watch!!

Their watches look good, no doubt. But, the wooden components are exceedingly fragile. You should be able to wear a decent watch every day for years, and the watch should endure the daily wear and tear without trouble. Mine broke twice within 6 months, specifically on the wooden casing parts which attach to the watch strap. Neither break took much force, and my crude repair of the first broken side with glue actually held up better than the other side of the case!Their customer service made everything worse. They refused to take any responsibility for their product, stating that the wooden components of my watch were not covered by the warranty, and any defects they had do not qualify as manufacturer's defects. If the defective, manufactured by hand" (quoting their website) wooden watch parts are not the manufacturer's responsibility

I have been wearing my Tense Wood Watch for years on a day to day basis, no complaints, only got the battery replaced once but it's covered by the warranty. I received so many compliments and people keep asking where I got that from.
