I highly recommend Linda and her mediation services! She drafted the separation agreement, helped us figure out child support payments and made the entire process very quick, easy and painless. She even helped me communicate with my ex husband during the whole process. My favourite thing about going with Calgary Divorce Solutions is that Linda treats each client like an individual person with specific needs to their situation. I feel like she really heard me and what I was looking for.

In one word - Linda is AMAZING!I called her absolutely overwhelmed with the process of separation and divorce. My ex and I were separating on good terms, but we had no idea where to start or what to expect. Despite the search and readings I made, I ended up more confused and anxious.Linda was very very patient. She explained everything in detail to me and my ex totally objectively and answered all questions.We have one child, and Linda walked us through the custody, child support, and extra expenses terms and drafted our separation agreement for us. She referred us to lawyers to provide independent legal advice and sign the separation agreement.We used her services again with filing divorce and she walked us through the process, the documents and set our expectations.The cherry on top is that Linda is very cheerful and one of the most responsive businesses I have dealt with.She is honest, knowledgeable, patient and kind.I totally recommend her!

My husband and I reached out to Linda in October, 2022, when we were starting the process of our separation. I would highly recommend Linda to help you in your mediation process. She is personable and kind and caring, but is also professional and she can help get the job done. She is very great with communication and responds quickly when you have questions or concerns. Linda was very accomodating and a great resouce of information. She was professional with both parties (and made it easy for us to avoid crossing paths). Through no fault of Linda's (getting paperwork from out of province can be difficult sometimes), the whole process took more time than expected. Linda kept in contact with each of us periodically to see if there had been any updates. It was great to know that she was keeping her eye on the ball the whole time. She does her job very well.

We used Linda to do up a prenuptial agreement. I would recommend going elsewhere. We had used her because my spouse had a positive experience in the past but this time we found her very unprofessional, many mistakes ( ie wrong company number entered, forgetting to fill in areas of the template with names, not using full name when it was required, grammatical errors, wrong age entered) and refusing to make changes even though we both agreed. I would suggest going directly to a lawyer.I have had to spend a lot of time going over her work and catching things that weren’t completed several times, I even resorted to doing suggested edits on the document for clarity to help her and even then the changes were not completed. There were contradictory statements in the agreement, unnecessary statements, and not impartial clauses. It was more work to use her then to use a template and bring it to lawyer. A complete waste of money. She also got defensive and did not admit when she made errors and the last communication was explaining to just my spouse is how everyone is usually happy with her and she receives no complaints which is just another way not to take accountability and is also not true if you read the Google reviews. I am thankful I have some experience with legal agreements so we were able to make the changes so that in the end it is a good prenup agreement and lawyers won’t have to make a bunch of edits.I am sad to say this cost quite a bit of money $1,300+ for very poor workmanship.If you use her make sure you proof her work and have a second set of eyes on it. Very disappointing experience.

Linda was a pleasure to work with. My ex and I were both ready to move on and wouldn't have been able to navigate the technicalities of the legal system without Linda's expertise. Because of our agreeable ending, it was as easy and cost-wise as possible with Linda. Thanks again for your help!

Linda has the ability to make a divorce which seems overly stressful, intimidating, and daunting into a relatively easy and simple process by being direct, giving you the information you need to succeed and keeping it light and stress free. Its a relatively cost effective approach vs. litigation that would achieve the same results, and the bonus is it happens in a fraction of the time that litigation would, I would imagine. Linda makes herself available pretty much all the time and is a very caring and compassionate lady that has been there before. Highly recommended!
