Most importantly everything on time. I was invited not only to the office, but also to the production plant. I want to add that this is the only production in Calgary windows and doors, the rest are just buy in Toronto twist 2 prices and sell to customers. Max the project manager , was very helpful from day 1, shared the best options based on our requirements, revised the quotation twice due to last minute changes by my wife! And was very clear with the timeline and met all our expectations. All Windows were replaced in 2 days only with no scratch to the walls outside or inside the house.
