Many thanks to Mandy for making our vacation plans work! Mandy was fabulous to work with. Booking was easy, her recommendations were spot-on, and she looked out for us every step of the way. We had a few problems at the resort (lost luggage, room problems, etc.) and Mandy was responsive and helpful, even from 2 countries away (and helping with problems that had nothing to do with her lol!). I will be booking with her again and would not hesitate to recommend her for all your travel needs.

We booked a trip through Mandy for Christmas. She was great to work with, meeting our demands for a multi-generational vacation with a variety of interests among us all. With her knowledge of many different resorts in several countries we picked one that looks like it will be perfect for all of us....from teens to their grandparents. If you are planning a trip and want a very patient, kind and helpful travel agent, Mandy Armstrong is your person. We were a group of six, two couples, one from Toronto area, one from Brockville and one couple from Kentucky, USA. We had no idea where we wanted to go but we wanted to all arrive close to the same time. Mandy worked with me for weeks to find us the perfect place, we finally and I mean finally.... we were a little picky, bless her, decided on Jamaica - The Royal Decameron and we all arrived within an hour of each other. It was everything we asked for.Mandy also helped us out later in the year to get flights to Kentucky to visit our friends. I don't like to fly with short stop connections, we have run through the airports one to many times. Mandy found us flights that gave us plenty of time to catch our next flight, there and back. Nothing worse than starting off a vacation with tension, stress and for me running.Both our trips were amazing, we could not have asked for a better resort or flights and we could not have asked for a better travel agent. When my husband and I were trying to plan a trip I reached out to Mandy as I knew of her through a local connection. From the first moment we spoke I could tell she really cared and was listening to our requests. She took the time to present various options within our budget and was prompt and thorough in her responses and explanations of different resorts. ( we booked all-inclusive). When it came close to the time to travel, Mandy sent us a very thorough checklist of paperwork we needed to travel with as during the pandemic things have been more complicated. She put our minds at ease and helped us stay organized so we had everything we needed to travel safely and confidently. I highly recommend Mandy. She is time managed and super friendly and has a real desire to help people plan their ultimate dream vacation.

Mandy was recommended to us and helped us plan an extensive European trip, but no sooner had final arrangements been made than Covid arrived. Mandy kept us informed and put our minds at ease while she negotiated with the airline and the insurance company. Eventually, the trip had to be cancelled. We were very impressed with the professional way she dealt with this extraordinary situation, and will certainly use her services in the future when the time is right.
