If there is less than a star, I will give it to this store. I purchased a silk shirt from this store in November 2021 to be picked up from the store in Square one location in a week time. They said they will call me when it is ready for pick up.I did not receive my order till the moment.I went twice to the store for follow up last month , they don't have any information. They gave me a phone number for Concierge to call and find out what happened.I called Concierge requesting a refund for my order that I did not receive. They are of no help at all. They refused to refund and opened an internal review.Please don't buy anything from them online or needs a pick up or delivery they are not reliable and people works for them at the store or at concierge are not cooperative at all.

Vibe in the store is weird and off. I felt like the staff were a judgmental and racists. No one offered to help me. To all the brown baddies- order online.

The two times I went in here the sales associates were very helpful and accommodating. The first time was to exchange a winter parka. I was immediately greeted. The sales associate (Asian girl, long hair) helped me find my true size and even suggested a better looking parka. Since they were out of stock, she had ordered one in for me. The second time was to pick it up. The tall, blonde, short haired sales associate (I think she’s the manager) was just as helpful and kind. Definitely made my shopping experience a good one. Thanks for your help!

Babaton’s art book is honestly fire, like banana republics, there was one about the movie Director of 重庆森林 and his cinematography. The workers were very very friendly towards their customers, but because they’re exhausted and I’m just a company of their customer, not very friendly to me. The worker that helped my mom with clothes exclaimed how she likes the clothes on my mom, but when she looked at me for less than two seconds, with a smile almost became, found effort in being friendly to me, therefore annoyed because her effort isn’t put into her customer, but instead an irrelevant person, and rushed off. I don’t mind though, but I give four stars because of that, good effort in making the customers happy, even though most customers don’t treat you as equals.

My hairstylist raved about the quality and selection of this place, said it was Aritzia for realistic body shapes and sizes...The place is gorgeous. The clothing I mainly saw was EXTRA small when I looked through the racks. The reviews about the staff..well. I visited this afternoon and the security guard and BOTH cashiers were on their cellphones, too busy to greet or assist potential clientele. That alone left me unimpressed and I won't be back.You want people to spend $100 on a cotton blend mini dress yet MacDonald's has more efficient service. Make it make sense.

Ordered a dress may 27th for my graduation on June 20th. The girl said it would be here by June 15th and I called to get an update on June 13th and they said the order was not able to be fulfilled even though I’ve paid. The girl I called said they only found out yesterday and were going to call me today. A little late notice….. and upsetting

Overall I am very happy with this store. The pricing was within my expectation for the quality of the clothing that I was looking at. The material for the shirts and skirts was very soft. They had a large variety of clothes with the same colours so I was able to mix and match tops and bottoms with ease. The color scheme that the store had was very nice.After wearing the skirt for a whole afternoon, it stayed on well and didn't slide up aggressively like some do. I purchased a green top and it was very breathable, easy to put on and was soft.

Victoria was so incredibly kind and helpful over phone I can only imagine how lovely she is in person. Will definitely be returning just because of her outstanding customer service. Thank you again!

The vibe at this store is really weird. They clearly have sales goals in mind because they were more than happy to help people dressed more expensively. I prefer to go shopping in more relaxed clothing and was completely ignored by the 4 workers there even though I was visibly looking around for help. Wilfred and Aritzia are much friendlier and more helpful.

This store really really really needs to clean the clothes before putting it back on the shelf again. Multiple girls try on the clothes and then leave makeup stains or deodorant stains on it, the store should at least steam clean it quickly before putting it back on the rack because it looks really bad. No one wants to buy a $60 tank top with makeup stains on it, that’s ridiculous!
