Do not deal with motor city dealership. Their service garage will only take your money. Asked to have 6 spark plugs changed. They did three only with one of the plugs being the wrong type. These people get paid by the job and not by the hour. All they want is to cut corners. A true mechanic takes their time. Not these guys. Piece work is all that matters to the ignorant. No rant here just . real life experience. Be warned

Service department can’t be trusted. They used to be good. But lately every time I bring my car in for service they always seem come up with some major repair. My last visit they charged me over $4K for a catalytic converter, oil cooler, etc. I was busy selling and buying a new home so I didn’t have time to haggle or check their work. A few weeks after the repair I looked underneath my Jeep to see if the cat converter was changed and it looked extremely rusty. So either they never changed it or they replaced it with a used one. My coworker said he also has had issues with Windsor Chyrsler’s shady service department. You’ve been warned…

I worked with Ben and his sales manager, Rony. Top marks for professionalism throughout the sales process. Was a pressure free experience and their vehicle packages should make them one of your top choices. The after purchase follow up is top notch...they want to make sure you are good with your decision and the vehicle is performing at 100%. If you aren't local...I would still encourage you to get a quote from them. It will be worth the drive.
