Preferred Pet Sitter

We have used Preferred Pet Sitter for 2 years. They have been great with both our cat and dog (going for walks, play time, kitter litter duties, and even administering medicine)! We love the real time updates with photos. So glad we found them, we can't recommend them enough!

I am reposting an updated review here. We first used Preferred Pet Sitters four years ago and received excellent service. We have used them several times since, but this time they went sbove and beyond the call of duty. Our garage door code pad was not working, either due to the cold or a dead battery. They tried multiple ways to get in, keeping me informed throughout, and then Alysha(the boss) called me and calmed me down. She assured me that she had dealt with this many times, then came out herself, changed the battery and came in to feed my cat! They kept me in the loop while solving the problem and allowing me to relax and enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend their service!!!

We have used Preferred Pet Sitter for a couple years now and I don't know what we would do without them!! Our dog is 13 years old and wouldn't do well at a kennel or staying at someone's home. This allows her to stay in her comfort zone and get lots of attention from her favorite sitters". We receive many cute photos and updates while we are gone and I always feel good about the care she gets while we are gone."

I used Preferred Pet Sitter since May 2017 to take care of my cat on many occasions. The website is great, it makes scheduling and communication easy and fast. I got updates with pictures after every visit. I will definitely continue to use Preferred Pet Sitter, and highly recommend this business to other pet owners .

Our family recently used this service to care for our two dogs when we were out of town and will use them again for our next trip! Alysha is very responsive to all of our inquiries. We appreciated updates in the app with pictures during every visit. Alysha contacted us afterwards to see if we had feedback or anything we would like to see different. I honestly can't thing of any negative feedback. Love this service and Alysha's attentiveness to all of our requests!

We have used preferred pet sitters several times for 2 of our dogs when we go out of town. We have a dog that has some special medical needs and the team at preferred pet sitters has always been so wonderful with taking care of her. We could not ask for anything better! I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend!! They took such good care of my furry friend. My whole family looked forward to the daily updates with pictures. I could see that my cat was very happy at each of her daily visits when she was petted and brushed and got lots of attention. The sitter also collected mail and garbage cans! We are super pleased with Preferred Pet Sitter!

My cat got sick and needed 2 different types of medicine given to her multiple times a day. I couldn't get her to take it from me so I contacted Preferred Pet Sitter. I had multiple people come out several times over multiple days. They were all great with her. Unfortunately the vet found cancer in my cat so I had to put her down. Aleysia and Carla were there to support me through that also. It was a horrible time for me and they understood what I was going through. I really appreciated that. Can't recommend them enough.

The Team at Preferred Pet are the BEST!!! With older pets that need meds daily, they truly are the only reason we can go on vacations again. They send daily updates, pictures, etc. They are so good with our girls, house, etc, they go above and beyond! THE BEST!!!!
