Use to be better. Since the lady owner passed, something changedThe bagels are misshaped, some thin some very fat that yoy barely have a hole in the middle. Also, sesame seeds are almost all at the bottom of bag, some bagels barely have any left on them. Used to be so good before...

Edit 2023. Inspired by a recent temporary closure, i decided to try the sesame bagels from the top 5 ranked bagel shops in the GMA. I'm excited to say these are my favorite sesame bagels I've tried in the GMA, slightly edging out Fairmount bagels! Large, fluffy, and full of flavor all at a very affordable price relative to the others. Always warm and slightly crispy.Staff are friendly and efficient.

This bagel place is a must. If this was located in Montreal, it would be better then fairmount bagel and st viateur bagel who are staples of the big city. Family business, artistic, loving and caring owners! I strongly recommend anyone to try out all their bagel variaties

For all of you who live on the South Shore , forget the hype of the more popular Montreal locations, this family owned bagel shop is tops! Traditional recipe and baking techniques insure that you'll get the taste you crave that is just as good as ''the others'', without having to drive to the city. Highly recommended!

I live in Kingston Ont. when ever I visit my folks in Ormstown I make to extra drive and pick up 5-6 dozen. well worth the 3 hr drive just for the Bagel (Don't tell my parents that), I use to get them St-Viateur bagel but this place is far better. I lived in Australia for 20 years with OUT bagels and I tell you I have hunted down bagels for a long time and this place is one of the BEST.

Best bagel place on the south shore of Montreal !! Made fresh right before your eyes ! They also have Jamaican Patties that are wicked awesome ! Super highly recommended !
