Food tasted good but not a very vegetarian friendly place, as they charge twice as much for a veggie burger as they do for a regular burger.

Update .. March 30th 1145amNope, not good, old dried out bun that someone had stuck thier thumb in and strangly only just warm not hot .... litterly just got made.Goyya start going back to AW, no more garbage burgers ..... yes that's you McD. Pleasant staff, Teen Burger combo was excellent. I shall return.

Don’t waste your time…. Terrible service & staff are rude. Punjabi seems to be the only language that is hired. Whoever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate diversity in the workplace and hire people who want to work and appreciate their customers. When you wanna make a complaint to upper management apparently they don’t work there and nothing is resolved. Staff need to practice hygiene and washing up before touching the food they serve. Don’t bother complaining cause management doesn’t care.

Well, I should have read these reviews before going. What a terrible disappointment.Stopped here after a arriving at the airport from a long overseas trip. Was tired and just wanted a fast and reliable meal like I’ve come to expect from other A&W locations.Very bad experience.Firstly, I found the staff at the drive-through window rude and abrupt. I admit that I misheard what was said over the unclear microphone, but the response was harsh.When I got to the window, the staff member (I don’t know if it was the same one) never spoke to me, even after a pleasant “hello” from me. Thrusted the machine out the window, then slammed it shut. Again, with the drink, then the food, neither time acknowledging me as a human.Then there was the food. Just awful.The food was clearly thrown in the bag. The burger was barely assembled, parts in the wrong order and impossible to grab without pieces falling everywhere. The onion rings were cold. Almost inedible.And on top of all this, no serviette in the bag.I will never return. Travellers beware. You have a choice along Route 90 for fast food. Unless you get different staff than I did, you will not be pleased with the outcome.

Great burgers people! Tried a custom one today. Ordered the chubby chicken burger and added a hamburger patty! Wow! Only thing missing is bacon! Lol. Oh by the the way this is a newer location. Love it. Very quick service and polite staff. Highly recommend it. Ps. Make sure you download the online coupons in case your forget your paper ones. They save you $$$.

A&W is good restaurant for dine in because its good infrastructure to sitting & enjoy your time.The food is good they have more variety in chicken. My favourite chubby chicken. i gave a 4 point to this place because its really expensive tan other but quality food is really goo

Quality seems to be going slightly downhill. I live in the states now but I'll occasionally come back for a quick visit. The teen burger I had seemed to be assembled rather a 'unit' if you know what I mean (the cheese wasn't even melted).
