We have bought our snow shoes and poles here, great people to deal with when it comes to gear. I bought a high end pack at a great price, the sales lady was very knowledgeable and they work as a team when asked technical questions. I like the selection in gear. I would like to see more maps and books, maybe a small dedicated area for tour planning. A wax clinic, once a month in winter would be nice as well.

Atrocious customer service both times I've been in this store. Valhala is down the road and 1000 times better. I'd recommend driving to Calgary or Edmonton if you really need to go to an Atmosphere.

Staff did not acknowledge customers after they entered store. We were greeted upon enter but after walking directly to the men’s shoes no help arrived. They continued to work at their stations like they weren’t interested or cared if they sold anything at that moment. Pure Valhalla was way more attentive and professional.

Waited 15 min at the shoe section for someone to ask if I needed help. One employee stood by standing there doing nothing. The lady at the front asked the family beside me if they needed help. I mentioned to the ladies at front that it would have been nice to receive some help as I walked out. I'll take my mom ey elsewhere.

I was very impressed with Atmosphere. I told the young girl Amanda that I previously had poor customer service and she made sure that was not the case this time. She was very knowledgeable and genuine that I would find exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with her enthusiasm and helpfulness. The cashier also let me in on details about the product. Overall a great experience.

Fair place to shop for your outdoor needs. But not over the top. Service is ok. Didn't have anyone ask me if I needed help had to go find a free accociat that was out front. Gear selection is ok for all your basic adventures but it looked like they mostly focused in day trip gear no extream products and climbing gear was slim. Ton of clothing and packs tho great selection of brand name stuff and there sleep department was well stocked. Staff I talked to didn't seem to enthusiastic or knowledgable. Seemed more like they where there for the job than being a outdoor enthusiasts. But overall good store and bonus is you can use Canadian tire money to pay.

Horrible customer service. Was in there for a while and was going to buy some much needed gear for upcoming back country trip. 3 people on staff just standing there not offering help or assistance playing on there phones. So i decided to take my money somewhere that actually wants it and is willing to help.
