I currently am a Telus customer and procrastinated in getting a new phone until I became in desperate need of one. I went to telos store in st Catherine’s and met Brian , who was amazing and went above and beyond in order to help me get a phone and set me up. .he was kind virtuous and friendly . Went in today just to see what promotions were available and Jececa was super nice and helped us get the best deal for what we were looking for. She definitely went above and beyond what we expected and we are very happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend!.

I just had to write these comments about Jessica at the Bunting Road TELUS/Koodo location. I was in need of help to transfer information from my S9 Galaxy cell phone to my new S22 Galaxy cell phone. I didn't have a clue how to do it. Jessica was so helpful and polite and she was able to do the complete transfer so quickly. TELUS is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She's brilliant.
