Second time there and it’s nice had a hard time finding something but bought something else lol

Like the other reviewer said, I wouldn't recommend this location. Zero customer service and they treat you like a criminal if you're returning something. Always been given a hard time at this location but still give them my business. Honestly I feel like they discriminate based on appearance and ethnicity. Worst HH in Ontario.

I received Absolutely amazing service from A lovely lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) and Mark today. I showed up at closing and she helped me with my purchase with a smile. Even helped load my truck. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

The worst service I have had from Home Hardware in 49 years of dealing with them in Gravenhurst.The customer is not their concern anymore, it’s what they can get out of the customer with their poor service and poor attitude.After reading the reply to my comment I expected to hear from the owner, Mr Ian McNaughton but haven’t as yet.I was in the store after the incident and gave Mrs NacNaughton my side of the incident , and told her I would welcome contact if they wanted to.Again , I haven’t heard anything from them.I am still wanting to straighten this out.It has now been over 8 months and the promise to contact me has never happened.This demonstrates the effectiveness of the management and their concern for customers.Word of mouth is a valuable tool to a retailer and so far they are silent!!!

Tim was Amazing with helping me locate the Lawnmower that I was looking for , Confirm the Price and allowed me to Deal with 3 other Emplyees , who were as Personable and Professional as Tim .
